||Area Sales Manager
1. Manage existing distributors of the areas assigned.
2. Roll out annual HSSE Distributor programmes
3. To work closely with the distributor and their staff members in meeting annual targets
4. Training and Development of the Distributors Sales Organisation
5. To ensure the Key Performance Indicators for Volumes & Gross Margins are delivered as per plan.
6. Work with the Functional Managers to implement the Market Space strategies.
7. Work with the B2B Executive in developing and maintain strong relationships with customers within the B2B markets.
8. Providing Management Information Reports on monthly basis.
9. Providing cover in absence of Lubricants Managers in area management role.
10. To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales promotional activities properly
11. Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the markets
Increase market penetration to develop & increase the retail base.
